A review request tool for businesses with one location. Here is who runs it, what it does, and the reasoning behind the one decision that shapes everything else.
What the product does
You add a customer after you have done the work. GossipGarden emails them a short, plainly written request to leave a review, and follows up once if they do not. The link takes them to whichever review site you have chosen. When they click it, you see that on your dashboard. That is the whole product.
It does not write reviews, post replies for you, or reach the review sites on your behalf. Nobody can do those things without breaking the platforms’ rules, and a tool that claims otherwise is either lying or about to get your profile penalised.
Every customer gets the same ask
The decision that shapes the rest of the product: we ask every customer, and we never sort them first. A great many review tools survey people privately, then send only the happy ones to Google and quietly divert the unhappy ones to a feedback form. That practice is called review gating. The FTC calls it a deceptive practice, and Google’s own policy prohibits it.
So GossipGarden has no way to do it. There is no sentiment question before the ask, no branching on a star rating, no screen that routes an unhappy customer somewhere other than the review site. It is not a setting you could switch on. That costs us the demo that some competitors give, and it is the reason the reviews you collect here are ones you get to keep.
Who runs it
GossipGarden is operated by Meteor City LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. The registered address is on every email we send and at the bottom of this page, as US anti-spam law requires. Billing is handled by Stripe; email is sent through Resend. We are the data controller for your account and the processor for the customer details you upload — the privacy policy sets out exactly what that means.

How to reach a person
The chat button on any page answers common questions straight away, from the same written material as this site. When it cannot answer, it hands the conversation to a person rather than guessing. Email works too, and a person reads it.
What it costs
Fourteen days free, then $29 a month or $290 a year. Your card is added at signup and charged only when the trial ends; cancel in one click before then and you pay nothing. One location per account. You can cancel from inside the app at any time and keep your data until you delete it. Businesses that start before December 31, 2026 pay the founding rate — $29 a month or $290 a year — for as long as they stay; after that, new accounts pay $49 a month or $470 a year.
